1、基于哈佛分析框架下的XX财务问题探讨摘 要当今中国经济迅速发展，各类改革不断优化。存在一定局限性的传统财务分析方法无法准确反映出企业真实状况，不能满足投资人和管理者的使用需求。国内外学者不断对其进行完善、优化，最终在传统财务分析理论基础上提出了哈佛分析框架。服装行业所受到的社会关注度持续上升，业内不停地涌现出五花八门的新品牌。在新老品牌竞争激烈的市场中，昔日著名运动品牌XX的市值不断蒸发。为了找到其原因，本文以XX股份有限公司为案例，运用哈佛分析框架从战略、会计、财务、前景四个部分对企业进行剖析。找出企业经营过程中存在的问题，并针对问题提出有助于企业健康发展的参考性建议。关键词：XX；哈佛分析
