本 科 毕 业 设 计（论 文）题 目 N400 半轴总成装配线-轴承座压装机 专 业 学生姓名 班 级 学 号 指导教师 二 年 月 日 I摘 要本文主要介绍N400半轴总成装配线-轴承座压装机的结构设计。本机为框架式结构，动力驱动方式液压传动。本设计的优点是：半自动化处理，劳动强度低，工作效率高，操作简易，普通操作人员简单培训及可上岗。人工操作失误具有自动声光报警提示。设备噪音低，安全可靠。机体由床身、支座、主油缸、辅助油缸及轮对夹紧机构组成。本机床身、支座在强度和刚度上较以前有很大的提高，主油缸设计独特，具有良好的使用性能。本设备主要用于汽车半轴两端部轴承座的自动压装采用本设备自动压装轴承座克服人力手工压装的不足，从而减轻了工人的劳动强度，提高产品压装轴承座的生产效率及质量。关键词：压入机，液压传动，轴承座安装，轴承座IIAbstract This paper describes the N400 axle assembly line-the structural design of the bearing housing assembly machine.This machine is a frame structure,a hydraulic actuator drive method.Advantage of this design is that:a semi-automated process,low labor intensity,high efficiency,ease of operation,normal operation and personnel training can be simple induction.Manual errors with automatic sound and light alarm.Equipment,low noise,safe and reliable.Body by the bed,the carrier,the master cylinder,the support cylinder and the wheel clamping mechanism.The machine body,bearing on the strength and rigidity than before have grea
