1摘 要 本文简单介绍成组技术的产生和发展,简述成组技术在各个领域中所起的独特作用,尤其在机械制造工程中具有独到的、不可替代的优越性,因此将其应用于实际的机械制造生产活动中也显得十分必要。在研究如何将成组技术运用于机加工生产时,首先根据拨叉在编排工艺时,其零件特征具有相似性,但是几乎每一道工序都需要设计专用夹具,因此提出对拨叉进行编码分组,按照分组编排工艺路线,设计以小组为单位的,可以调换一些零部件来满足加工需求的夹具,也就是成组夹具。将成组夹具应用到拨叉的加工中,极大提高了拨叉类零件的加工效率和零件质量,同时节约了更换专用夹具的时间和成本,同时提高了企业的生产效率,使得企业在行业内更具竞争力。关键词:成组技术 拨叉 工艺设计 夹具设计 2ABSTRACT This paper briefly introduces the emergence and development of group technology,describes the unique role of group technology in various fields,especially in mechanical manufacturing engineering,which has unique and irreplaceable advantages,so it is necessary to apply it to the actual mechanical manufacturing activities.In the study of how to apply group technology to machining production,firstly,according to the process planning of shift fork,the features of its parts are similar,but almost every process needs to design a special fixture.Therefore,it is proposed to code the shift fork,arrange the process route according to the group,and design a clamp with g
