伸缩臂式高空作业车设计-直臂式【3D三维SW模型+CAD图纸+说明】.zip
I摘 要臂架是高空作业车的主要承载构件。作业车通过臂架,实现大的作业高度与幅度。对臂架的强度决定了整机的性能,其质量直接影响整机倾覆稳定性,所以对臂架结构设计的好坏将直接影响整机的性能,如整机的重量,对整机的重心,整机稳定性的高度。因此,在保证臂架安全运行的条件下,应尽量减小起重臂的重量,这对于提高整机的质量和经济性具有重要的现实意义。本文主要根据20米高空作业车工作要求来确定伸缩机构的结构和传动方案,进而采用传统的设计方法对主臂的三铰点、主臂的长度、及每节臂的长度、臂架的结构、液压缸尺寸进行确定,对臂架进行受力分析。关键词:高空作业车,伸缩臂,受力分析 IIAbstractThe arm frame is the main bearing component of the high altitude operating car.The operation vehicle realizes the large operation height and amplitude through the boom.The strength of the arm frame determines the performance of the whole machine,and its weight directly affects the overturning stability of the whole machine,so the design of the arm structure will directly affect the performance of the whole machine,such as the weight of the whole machine,the height of the center of gravity of the whole machine and the stability of the whole machine.Therefore,we should minimize the weight of the boom under the condition of ensuring the safe operation of the boom,which is of great practical significance
