摘 要轮胎切碎机主要针对现在市面上回收的废旧轮胎，将前面的工序制成的轮胎条进行粗碎成 15mm 左右的橡胶块，以备后续设备继续加工成胶粉。本次设计一种旋转式切割轮胎切碎机，通过对企业的调研和查阅相关资料，了解轮胎切碎机的国内外发展，完成对轮胎切碎机机械结构的确定，并按照给定的参数完成设计计算，以及电动机、V 带传动、链传动、减速电机、链板输送部分的选型和计算。该设备由驱动机构（电动机、带传动）、切割机构、进给机构等组成，驱动机构带动切削转子对轮胎条进行切削，切碎后的轮胎块从切碎室下部直接掉落，下方可用器皿接盛。该设备结构简单，易于加工制造，安装简便，且采用自动进料机构，大大降低人工劳动量。该设备适用于各中小型企业生产加工，并为轮胎二次利用奠定了基础。关键词：轮胎切碎机；切割机构；链传动IAbstract The tyre crusher is mainly aimed at the recycled tyres that are now on the market,the tyre strips that were made from the previous process were crushed into a rubber lump of about 15mm，to continue the processing of the powder in preparation for the follow-up equipment.The design of a rotary cutting wheel cutter,through research and access to companies,to understand the domestic and international development of tyre crusher,to determine the mechanical structure of the tyre cutter,the design is calculated according to the given parameter,and the selection and calculation of motor,V belt drive,chain drive,reducer motor and chain conveyor
