1、变频恒压供水设计摘要：本次的研究课题按照中国目前城乡普遍小区的供水需要，分析设计出利用可编程控制器完成水管管压恒定的供水系统。本课题所讨论的系统包含了可编程控制器、变频器、水泵电机、压力传感器等其他硬件设备。本系统采用的是目前广为流行的变频恒压供水系统，通过变频器完成对水泵电机组的软启动保护和恒压变频调速。依靠压力传感器采集到的模拟信号，此信号传送给PLC的模拟块进行转换并与设定值进行比较然后进行PID的运算得到新的信号，从而修改变频器的输出频率，这样就可以完成对水泵电机组的转速的调节从而达到改变供水量目的，最终维持水管管网压力值稳定在设定值周围。这就是本系统整个工作流程。关键词：可编程控制器
