广西科技大学毕业设计说明书 广西科技大学毕业设计说明书 摘要 伴随着汽车行业不断地迅猛发展的同时，模具行业也跟着迅速发展起来，特别是 汽车覆盖件模具设计与制造产业。因为汽车覆盖件是汽车外型轮廓重要的组成部分， 所以在要求其外表美观的同时，还要要求具备有一定的强度和刚度。这样就使得生产 汽车覆盖件的模具的要求越来越高。本次设计先分析了汽车驾驶室后板的工艺和成形 特点，然后根据汽车覆盖件的成形条件设计一套完整的拉延模具。通过这一次设计来 了解一套完整拉延模具的设计要求和整个过程。本次设计主要利用 UG 进行汽车覆盖件 的工艺补充，以及汽车驾驶室后板的拉延模具的三维建模，后期再用 CAD 绘制二维图 纸。运用 UG 进行覆盖件的三维建模可以比较真实地表达出模具各个零件之间的装配关 系，以及模具内部的空间结构。同时，通过 UG 的三维分析，也可能清楚的看到在整个 模具设计过程中存在的一些问题。了解到 UG 这个三维设计软件对缩短模具设计的时间， 提高模具设计的效率和质量起到至关重要的作用。 关键词：汽车覆盖件；驾驶室后板； 拉延模； 设计与分析； UG 广西科技大学毕业设计说明书 Abstract Along with the rapid development of the automotive industry, while continually mold industry has developed rapidly followed, especially in the automotive panel die design and manufacturing industries.
